The brightest ideas don't come from one place or one type of person. Up to 120 million people in the U.S.A do not see themselves portrayed in adverts and 92% of creative jobs in the UK are held by the most "advantaged" in society. That doesn't add up for anyone. We're here to help move the healthcare creative, tech and communications industries in a more equitable direction.
We’re proud to be the only health and wellness award show in the world to donate a proportion of profits towards a Talent and Diversity Fund.
Any charity from across the world can apply for it. All they have to do is demonstrate how they would use the money to help increase diversity and under-represented talent break into health and wellness communication agencies.
Winners of our prestigious awards are invited to review all submissions and decide who gets the money.
To submit a proposal for our fund please provide a 5 page (max.) deck or a video no longer than 3 mins (both are acceptable). Deadline is Friday 31 January. Email your submission or any questions to awards@thecreativefloor.com
